1. Starting with educational qualifications, individuals must complete Year 10 and have a valid Driver's License:
2. They must then apply for an nbn Traineeship Program.
3. Once enrolled in the program, individuals must complete a Certificate 3 in Telecommunications.
4. After completing a Certificate 3, individuals can secure a Graduate/Entry role as a Qualified Customer Field Technician.
5. From there, the path leads to career progression, split into two paths:
   • Technical Compliance Specialist, progressing to Technical Compliance Manager.
   • Field Engineer, progressing to Field Area Manager

 

Network Engineer Education and Career Progression Pathways

1. Starting with educational qualifications, individuals must complete a relevant Bachelor's Degree at University, such as Telecommunication, Engineering, Networking, Automation or Network Security.
2. They must then apply for an nbn Graduate Program.
3. Once enrolled in the program, individuals must complete the Graduate Program which takes 18 months to complete.
4. After completing the program, individuals can secure a role as a Network Engineer.
5. From there, the path leads to career progression, into a Senior Network Engineer role.
